Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. RolePilot does not sell personal information, and we treat our analytics providers as service providers, but you may still submit an explicit opt-out request here.

What we do with your information

RolePilot does not sell your personal information for money. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising on RolePilot product surfaces, and we do not enable advertising features in our analytics providers.

Our product-analytics providers include PostHog Cloud (US) for cookieless event analytics and Google Analytics for site-usage analytics. Both run under default service-provider terms. Under CCPA and CPRA, these are service-provider relationships, not sales of personal information.

Even though we do not "sell" personal information in the traditional sense, California law defines "sale" and "sharing" broadly. This page exists so you can make a verifiable opt-out request without ambiguity.

02

Submit an opt-out request

Submit the form below to record your CCPA / CPRA opt-out request. You may also send an email to hello@rolepilot.io with the subject "DNSMPI Opt-Out".

Use the email associated with your RolePilot account, if you have one.

03

What happens after you opt out

Opting out does not delete your RolePilot account or stop the core service. You will keep access to your saved searches, connected accounts, automation settings, and every feature you signed up for.

What changes: we will not include your account in any aggregate analysis that California law could classify as "sharing" with third-party advertising or measurement partners. In practice, since we do not currently engage in such sharing, the opt-out has no operational effect on your account today. The mechanism exists so you have a verifiable opt-out record if our practices ever change.

We will process the request within fifteen (15) business days. We may take reasonable steps to verify that the request is being made by the account holder before applying it.

04

Your other rights

California residents also have the right to access, delete, and correct personal information we hold about you, and the right to non-discrimination for exercising any of these rights. You can exercise these from the Privacy tab inside your Settings page, or by emailing hello@rolepilot.io.

Full details are described in our Privacy Policy §9 (Your Rights and Requests) and §10 (California Privacy Disclosures).

If you wish to opt out of Google Analytics tracking on every site (not just RolePilot), Google offers an Opt-Out Browser Add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
