What to do

  1. Open the note control on Pilot.
  2. Choose No note, your own saved note, or Kairo writes it if your plan includes it.
  3. Keep custom text short, factual and suitable for the platforms where it will be sent.
  4. Review Contact Signature and any vehicle detail you have chosen to include.

Good to know

Solo supports your own saved note or no note. Pro and Studio support Kairo-written notes tailored to each role using your profile and the breakdown.

Platform length limits can shorten a note. These are messages sent with applications, not a private notebook for each role. Check the recorded note in Activity when available.
