This is the side of the program for creators and influencers: people with an audience of actors on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, a podcast or a newsletter. There is nothing to read off a page and sign up to. You tell us who listens to you, a person reads it, and we come back with terms in writing.
A number printed on a page is the same number for everyone who reads it, and no two audiences are the same. So we would rather read what you send and answer it than make you fit something written before we met you.

- Nothing is printed here as a blanket offer. You tell us about your audience, and we come back with terms in writing.
- Nothing is agreed until it is written down and you have said yes.
- Each actor keeps their own account and their own casting logins. You never hold a password.
- Say it is a paid partnership when you post. The law asks for it and your audience deserves it. We give you the wording.
Who we look for
Who follows you, not how many. A channel with four thousand working actors listening is worth more to us than a hundred thousand people who do not audition. One sentence about your audience beats a screenshot of your follower count.
You talk to actors about auditions, self tapes, representation and the grind. People reply to you. And you would use it yourself, because partners who have never opened it are obvious in the copy.
We approve partners by hand and keep the group small. A recommendation is worth what the person making it is worth.

You say how many actors you have and what you run, and we come back in writing before anyone signs up. Group terms suit ten or more students at a time. Tell us what you teach and how many come through. Each student keeps their own account and sets their own rules, and Solo and Pro start with 7 free days, so a class can try it before anyone commits.

A class of ten or more is where group terms fit. Everything is agreed in writing before the first student signs up, students create their own accounts, and every question afterwards goes to the same person who wrote back.
Talent agencies

Ten or more actors on the roster is where group terms fit. Each actor runs their own account and connects their own casting logins, you never hold a password, and you get one point of contact at RolePilot for all of them.
Under ten actors, the plans on the pricing page already cover it: Solo is $9 a month for 150 submissions, Pro is $25 for 500, Studio is $49 for 1,500. Everything bills monthly, there is no annual option, and any actor can cancel from Settings. Write to us anyway if you are not sure which side of that line you are on.
