What to do

  1. Enter casting login details only in the connection form in Settings, Casting.
  2. Reset a forgotten password on the casting platform itself.
  3. Reconnect RolePilot after changing a casting password.
  4. Disconnect a platform when you no longer want RolePilot to use it.

Good to know

Casting credentials are encrypted for storage and used to access the connected account for role checks, syncing and submissions. RolePilot does not show the stored password back to you.

A one-way record of a connected login can be retained for 24 months to prevent repeated free trials, including after disconnection or deletion. Read the Privacy Policy for retention details.
