Export or delete your account data
Cancellation, export and deletion are separate actions.
What to do
- Cancel renewal in Settings, Plans if you want charges to stop.
- Open Settings, Privacy and use Export My Data if you want a copy.
- Read the deletion confirmation before submitting a deletion request.
- Contact hello@rolepilot.io within 30 days if you want to withdraw the request.
Good to know
Cancelling a plan keeps your account data. A deletion request stops Pilot and starts a 30-day grace period before permanent account removal.
Deletion does not immediately stop billing during the grace period, so cancel your subscription separately. Retention exceptions apply, including records described in the Privacy Policy.
