What to do

  1. Update your photos and reels on the casting platform first.
  2. Open Settings, Casting and sync that account's media.
  3. Review Submission Media for each platform and choose the items you want included.
  4. After a submission, check Activity for the media information that was recorded.

Good to know

Actors Access takes one photo and can include all profile videos or none. Backstage uses the media on your Backstage profile. Casting Networks supports selections from your synced photos and videos.

On Pro and Studio, role-based media selection is available where supported. It chooses from synced material; it does not create a new headshot or reel.

A receipt may show recorded media or a clearly labeled profile fallback. Not every submission has a complete record of the exact files sent.
