What to do

  1. On Pilot, open Minimum pay and set the rate you need for each kind of work.
  2. Review the amount and whether it is per day or per job.
  3. In Settings, Profile, review Role Filters and enable Paid work only if you want to skip unpaid work.
  4. Check a skipped role's reason before lowering your minimum.

Good to know

Paid work only excludes unpaid, deferred, copy and credit listings. It is separate from the student-film and background filters.

Pilot compares a listed rate with the relevant pay floor. When a listing gives separate union and non-union rates, it uses the rate for your status. Unclear rates need your own review.
