Your trial and the first payment
Understand trial eligibility, limits and the date you will be charged.
What to do
- Choose Solo or Pro and review whether checkout offers you a trial.
- Check the trial end date and monthly price before confirming.
- During the trial, check your usage on Pilot.
- Cancel in Settings, Plans before the trial ends if you do not want to be charged.
Good to know
The standard trial is 7 days on Solo or Pro, once per member. Studio starts paid. Returning paid members and members who already used a trial are not normally eligible for another.
A card is required. At the trial end, the selected plan renews at its stated monthly price unless you cancel first. An eligible referral or partner code can provide 14 days; the checkout confirmation is the date to use.
Trials allow up to 15 auto-applies per day and 105 in total, including an extended trial. A trial is limited by volume only: it has the full features of the plan you chose and works on all three platforms. Manual submissions do not use that allowance. Submission packs are unavailable during a trial.
