Cancel renewal or pause submissions
Choose the right action for stopping charges or taking time off.
What to do
- To stop future renewal, open Settings, Plans and use Cancel subscription.
- Complete the cancellation flow and check the confirmation.
- To stop submissions while keeping your plan, turn Pilot off or use Days off.
Good to know
Cancelling a paid subscription leaves the plan active until the end of the paid period. Cancelling a trial ends it immediately with no trial charge.
Turning Pilot off does not stop billing. An eligible one-time billing pause may be offered in the cancellation flow; check its dates and terms rather than assuming it is available.
Cancellation keeps your profile and history. Account deletion is a separate action in Settings, Privacy.
