What to do

  1. Read the status and any action banner on Pilot. Complete any missing profile details.
  2. Open Settings, Casting. Fix attention messages and confirm the platform is connected.
  3. Check saved searches for Backstage and Casting Networks.
  4. Review Days off, remaining daily and trial or monthly allowance, then the role's skip reason.
  5. If still stuck, send support the platform name, status text and an example role.

Good to know

A role must meet your settings and clear your threshold before Pilot can submit. Lowering the threshold cannot fix a broken connection, an expired membership or a used-up allowance.

No suitable new roles may be available. There is no guaranteed number of submissions in a day.
