Pilot paused itself

Read the reason, fix the cause and resume when ready.

What to do

  1. Read the action banner on Pilot before turning it back on.
  2. For connection or submission failures, check the affected casting card and restore access.
  3. For poor matching, review your profile, location, filters and threshold.
  4. Use the available resume action after fixing the cause. If it repeats, contact support with the banner text.

Good to know

Repeated failed attempts or a very low match rate can trigger a pause. Some problems affect a single platform rather than your whole account.

Resuming cannot fix an expired membership or unsuitable profile settings. Read the specific reason instead of assuming every pause has the same cause.
