Getting started

Your first week with Pilot

What to do

  1. On day one, confirm your casting cards are connected and Pilot is on.
  2. Review a few submissions in Activity. Check the role, platform, note and any available match reasons.
  3. Over the next few days, change one profile detail or filter at a time if roles feel wrong.
  4. Before your trial ends, check the end date and renewal price in Settings, Plans.

Good to know

Matching roles do not arrive at a fixed pace. An empty first day is a reason to check setup, not evidence that your account is broken.

Trials allow up to 15 auto-applies per day and 105 total, with full plan features on all three platforms. On paid plans, Solo allows up to 10 a day, and Pro and Studio have no daily limit unless you set one. These are limits, not promised submission counts.
