What to do

  1. Open Pilot and find Today's Mode.
  2. Start with Balanced unless you already know you want a broader or narrower selection.
  3. Choose a mode, then review the roles in Activity over the next few days.
  4. If a role looks wrong, check your profile and filters before changing the mode again.

Good to know

A mode sets the minimum match score for Pilot to consider a role. It does not change your monthly allowance or remove your filters.

Scores describe fit with the information available. They are not the chance of getting an audition.
