What to do

  1. Open a role or submission and read the available match reasons.
  2. Compare the listing with your playing age, location, union status and skills.
  3. Correct your profile if a reason is based on an outdated detail.
  4. Use Today's Mode to adjust how strong a match Pilot should require.

Good to know

A score runs from 0 to 100. A role must clear your threshold and the other submission checks, including connection status, filters and available allowance.

A high score does not guarantee a submission or a casting response. Discover lets you review roles yourself, including ones Pilot did not submit.
