What to do

  1. Open Settings, Profile and check your primary location, union status, playing age and type description.
  2. Add specific skills, languages and accents you can use on a job.
  3. Review your look, travel preferences and minimum pay.
  4. Read the match reasons on a recent submission and correct the detail that seems wrong.

Good to know

Playing age describes the ages you can credibly portray. Your birth date is a separate detail. Do not widen either just to get more submissions.

A high score cannot override a blocked requirement. Location, union status, playing age, specific appearance requirements and pay can rule a role out.
